We will spend some time reviewing the skills learned before heading out to the trails to give those skills a try. If we come to a challenging feature during the ride, we will work as a group to conquer it.
Since we will work up an appetite, plan to stay afterward for a picnic and time to share trail tales. Make sure you bring a change of clothes for afterward and don't forget your helmet and plenty of water for the ride.
And if you need transportation to the clinic, please let us know since we will be taking the Tenafly Bicycle Workshop van to the Morristown and it can carry as many as 8 bikes.
This Workshop is the next step to progressing your skills out on the trail. Again, we will take a more intermediate approach to this clinic and cover bike handling, body position, cornering, and navigating up or around obstacles on the trail.
A well-fitting helmet, hydration, and of course a working bicycle is required. Pads, gloves, and glasses recommended.
